Mentor Coaching

Course Overview

Mentor coaching is a prerequisite for gaining your International Coaching Federation Accreditation. “ICF Credential-holders are part of a self-regulating group of elite coaches who provide accountability to clients and the coaching profession as a whole. They pursue and complete rigorous education and practice requirements that provide unquestioned legitimacy to their commitment to excellence in coaching.”

Essential to your own development as a coach is your reflective practise and at FIRE UP we recognise the importance of feedback from a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) or MCC (Master Certified Coach), as their experience can take you from great results with clients to knowing how to make your coaching relationship a transformational life experience.

Mentor coaching is integral to obtaining International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accreditation. ICF Credential-holders set the standard for coaching excellence through rigorous education and practice. Personal growth as a coach depends on feedback from experienced coaches.
