Our 11144NAT-Diploma of Leadership Coaching and Mentoring is an ideal program for Leaders and Managers who are expected to coach as part of their roles and essential for any Learning and Development Leaders, Organisational Development Leaders, HR Professionals and Operational Managers who are expected to guide the roll outs of coaching and mentoring in their organisations.
The Diploma of Leadership Coaching and Mentoring (11144NAT) is recognised as Level 2 Coach Training with the International Coaching Federation.
The FIRE UP Coaching® Diploma of Leadership Coaching and Mentoring (11144NAT) is one of the most comprehensive programs to develop you as a Leader, Coach and Mentor. This program is specifically different in that it addresses Leadership competencies rather than Management.
EXPANDS upon 10857NAT-Certificate IV in Business and Personal Coaching qualification
It also includes all the content from the 10857NAT-Certificate IV in Business and Personal Coaching and expands on that to how you implement coaching and mentoring into an organisational setting. This qualification is for organisational leaders, emergent leaders, team managers and individuals who are required to lead, coach and mentor as part of their role.
Curriculum
The Diploma of Leadership Coaching and Mentoring combines two courses into one, divided into five parts. The first four parts constitute the Certificate IV in Business and Personal Coaching (10857NAT), while the fifth part comprises the Diploma content.
This qualification can be pursued as a standalone course by individuals who have already completed the Certificate IV in Business and Personal Coaching and seek to advance their studies.
Students opting to undertake the Diploma directly will receive the Certificate IV certification upon successfully completing parts 1-4. They can then promote their Certificate IV coaching certification while completing the remaining Diploma content.
