About Shelley Flett

Shelley Flett is forward in her thinking and pragmatic in her approach. Through her adaptive delivery, she shifts clients from
a transactional way of thinking to one that is transformational and creates a dynamic environment for others to learn, grow and continually adapt. She specialises in leadership coaching, particularly with middle and senior management, to increase effectiveness and build high-performing, dynamic, and sustainable team cultures.

She sees the role of a leader as someone who builds the capability of others (while reducing dependency) and creates a cohesive culture where boundaries are respected, trust is deep, differences are appreciated, and everyone is held accountable for their commitments.
