About Jeanette White

A strong “people person”, Jeanette understands that anything is possible through the power of (happy) people at work and sees the endless potential in everyone she meets.

As a facilitator, coach, mentor, and speaker Jeanette is passionate about helping leaders get the “people stuff” right, so that they can step up and enable thriving teams and outcomes. She has 20+ years of experience working in a diversity of sectors including local and state government, agriculture, education, social services, and the not-for-profit sector.

Jeanette’s leadership development and coaching programs focus on helping mid-level to executive leaders develop the self-awareness, skills, and confidence to become the effective leaders of people that they aspire to be.
