Gaye grew up on a sheep farm in Western Victoria involved in all aspects of farming. She continued working as a farmhand and roustabout to support herself through university. In 1999 she bought a 500-acre property in Northeast Victoria with her husband, running cattle, sheep, and cropping.
Tragically her husband was killed in an accident in 2001, leaving Gaye in financial turmoil to run the farm and manage a 7-day a week Bakery business with 20 staff. While also raising her three children between the ages of 4-8.
Not only did she survive, but she thrived in all her endeavors winning accolades in agriculture and small business awards, representing Australia in multiple national teams, including two Commonwealth Games.
Gaye is a hard-working, determined woman with a wealth of hands-on life experience in personal, family, business, and farming matters that she brings into her coaching. Her ability to connect with people at all levels allows her to deliver with vitality, impact, and compassion.
