Adam is a director of Brolga Co, an advisory/consulting business specialising in rural and regional business and people development.
Adam is is an experienced leader in agriculture with over 25 years of working across government agencies, industry bodies, corporate agribusiness, Finance and banking, extension/education, industry leadership, and Advocacy. He has also run his family farm for the past 18 years.
Adam was a key leader guiding the response to the 2016 Dairy Crisis and the 2018 South West Vic St.Pats day fires. Working with both state and federal government agencies in coordinating the response for farmers and rural communities.
