  • What good psychological safety looks like and how to identify symptoms of low psychological safety in teams
  • Why psychological safety is important in teams

By the end of this module participants will have an understanding of:

  • The purpose of the PSI Program and how it helps to improve psychological safety in teams
  • What the PSI Program entails
  • The competitive advantage of the PSI Program
  • How to set up your Microsoft PowerBI account to access PSI Indicator results

By the end of this module participants will have an understanding of:

  • The process of completing the PSI Indicator yourself
  • The purpose of the PSI debrief and how it fits in with the PSI Program process
  • How to prepare for the PSI debrief
  • How to navigate the PSI dashboards and interpret the PSI results

By the end of this module participants will have an understanding of:

  • The purpose of debrief and basic structure and process
  • Explore coaching principles and skills needed
  • Explore the results and possible scenarios
  • Preparing for debriefs
  • This module will help you in managing your own PSI Program project. This includes learning:

    • How to set up quotes and proposals
    • How to prepare
    • How to, and when to, communicate throughout the PSI Program

This module is comprised of videos and materials to assist you in pitching the PSI Program as a solution to clients. The content will focus on:

  • Sales positioning of the PSI Program
  • The DDI platform
  • Tour of the App and Portal
