Program Overview
How great would it be if you could connect with an ICF credentialed coaching professional; learn from them the crests and troughs of being a coach? There would be so much perception to absorb from their first-hand experiences conducting sessions with different clients with varied backgrounds. Practicing coaching with other coaches can be a gold mine of valuable insights. If you’re looking for ICF Peer Coaching opportunities, here’s something for you.
Peer Coaching or reciprocal peer coaching is when coaches collaborate to help each other grasp concepts and assimilate the ethical facets, along with the core competencies. The simple way to explaining is getting coached by a peer and coaching the same peer. Hence you serve as a client and coach one by one in the session.
